Non-Quality Issues Return Policy：
After you receive the product, you have up to 30 days to request a return.
But before you send the item back, we have some requirements for you:
1.Please contact us by email first, because you need to notify us in advance to be eligible for return. To start a return, please contact us at: email@example.com.
2.When you request a return, your item must be in the same condition as the day it arrived and must include the original packaging and all accessories.
3.The customer needs to pay the shipping fee for returning the product, because the product is no problem, the shipping fee for the return is the customer's responsibility.
4.Shipping insurance is recommended because if the product is lost/damaged in transit, customer will be responsible for the cost of the product lost/damaged.
Quality Issues/ Product Issues Return Policy:
1.We accept full refund and is responsible for return shipping fee.But before you send your item back, please send an email with photos of damaged packaging or damaged products, our team will provide you with help and advice as soon as possible.
2.If the accessories are damaged or lost, we will send the corresponding accessories for free or accept a partial refund.
3.If you still want to have our products quickly, please place a new order after we accept the return request.
4.If you receive wrong goods, we will replace the product for free or provide a full refund.
Non-returnable items :
1. All accessories products are non-refundable.
2.All Low price promotion/discount products are non-refundable.
3.Products that have been assembled or used are non-refundable.
4.Products that are clearly considered to be abnormally worn or physically damaged are non-refundable.
5.Special order products are non-refundable.
6.Products without a receipt, order number or proof of purchase are non-refundable.

1.Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send an email to let you know if your refund request is approved or denied. If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 2 to 3 business days.
2.If the received product has no quality problem, we will keep the product until you pay the shipping cost, then return the product to you or give a partial refund.
3.If the returned product does not match the product link sold, or is not our product, or the product will be returned to the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically returned to your credit card or other original payment method within 7 days.
